Too often as a trainer/facilitator you wonder about the design of your sessions, your level and style of engagement ….thankfully the entire process of FTX has been enabling for everyone involved.

I have been touched by the daily evaluations and morning reflections that have been shared by our group members; encouraged by the spirit in which they have forged bonds across georgraphical, language and experiential divides to meet the challenge of producing their 15 minute colloboration. I am encouraged by the ease in which a new member to the group was welcomed and she herself engaged herself …bringing and sharing her talent of jingle writing; We all bring something to the process and we will continue conversations that needed to be shortened because of production commitments not just at the FTX hub but into our collective future as well.

I am encouraged by the future of broadcasting whether it is community radio or podcasting, because too often in the whole sphere of new ICTs traditional ICTs become a forgotten tool….yet today perched on the hilltop I am seeing a whole new picture of audio in the women’s movement landscape appearing ….
