Fun, Inspiring and Mind Blowing

What an Inspiring event it is. The 11th AWID Forum, the event brought a lot of women together from all around the world. These women identify as feminist, I do too now with confidence.

It is such an inspiring event, one that gives me a good reason to go back and review all the information I thought were facts. I am a feminist, this identification has been one of hte most challenging one in my whole journey of activism. I am a human rights activist, I know that a system that oppresses women exist and I would love to be part of the team working to change such a ‘trend’. I call it a trend because I believe it is one of these things that has been around yes but can be changed. The collective movement offers a promise for such.

What a fun event to be at, I am part of a collective movement for change. I idemtify with a lot of prominent women and I am really encouraged to go back home and share the knowledge. Right after the Feminist Tech eXchange, opps! I haven’t told you about the experience. Check out my next blog on FTX and be informed. The struggel for change continues, ‘no manga manga business’.

Blogging, I thought the writing had to be structured ina certain way, the journalist writing to be more precise. I am loving the power of a movement and the use of ICTs for change. Girl’sNet, I am coming.

Blessed, inspired and energised are my new names.
