Demystifying Mobile and Wireless Technologies

Who said women cannot be empowered to set up their own wireless networks? Who knew that a can of peaches, that women often use to make peach melba, could be turned into a cantenna ready for transmission? Who thought that bulk smses for advocacy could be sent so easily through Frontline sms and clickatell.com? Who came to realize that they are under-utilizing their mobile phones? Who learnt what Linguicide means? Who sat in the Mobile and Wireless track? This has been a memorable training albeit short, we hungered for more but the challenge rests squarely on our shoulders.
